Multi country Product implementation experience (Must) Experience working with multidisciplinary agile teams comprising Product development team (vendor), Talent team for hiring, IT team (Data team, Infosec, Infra team creative, analytics, and technology.Proven experience in complex implementations, product management, or business strategy experience Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable and achievable items are being worked on.Sprint Planning and Release Management: Work with the Scrum Master to plan sprints, ensuring alignment with overall product roadmap.Oversee the release management process, ensuring that updates meet quality standards and timelines.Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage feedback to continually improve the product.Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.Drive innovation by exploring new features and technologies that could benefit the product. Excellent ability to understand business requirements/impacts in a highly technical environment.Deep knowledge of multi system integration Middleware or API (Must) Extensive experience with project management skills and best practices.Must have good communication skills both verbal and writtenMust have experience in leading a team of developers.
